If you’ve been around for a while, you probably know that I’ve shared a similar sliders recipe before. This method for homemade sliders has been a favorite for years. It’s so easy and definitely satisfies my burger cravings, which are frequent.
I have changed the original sliders recipe, though, and am happy to share with y’all an updated (and improved) recipe for the tastiest easy sliders.
Now they are: THICKER. MORE FLAVORFUL. JUST AS EASY.
Tastiest Easy Sliders
We had these sliders earlier this week, and I planned to take pictures once they were made. But I have to tell you, life is a whole new level of crazy right now. And as I am juggling homeschool, housework, blog work, and five children (two of them toddlers), I am also constantly reminding myself that it’s okay to let things go.
In fact, it’s absolutely necessary.
I don’t share this because I’m worried about comments about bad lighting or sub-par staging.
I share it because chances are good that you can relate. Maybe you don’t have children depending on you for every.last.thing, pulling on your pants legs (or clawing your bare legs– ouch!), screaming because their communication skills are still works in progress, or simply begging for that extra last ounce of attention they can squeeze out of you… Sorry, it’s been a long week.
No, maybe you just need to be reminded to give yourself permission to let go of expectations a little.
Life is so fluid. We change. Circumstances change. New challenges, new priorities, new loves. The best thing we can do is learn to sway with the movement instead of trying to brace ourselves against the motion.
Wow, what does that have to do with burgers?!
Not necessarily much, except that maybe you could use another EASY meal to throw together on a busy, crazy night.
I hope you are doing well, and I hope you know how thankful I am that you are here. Despite the crazy, I don’t take it for granted how awesome my job is, and I couldn’t do it without you!

Description
These juicy sliders are incredibly easy to make, and so tasty! We love to make these and top them with our favorite toppings for a delicious burger night at home!
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/4 cup finely minced onion (or 2 tbsp dried)
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Toppings
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375.
- Spread the minced onion evenly across the bottom of a 9 x 13 glass Pyrex pan. Evenly break apart the ground beef and set the pieces in the pan. Press the pieces down to form a flat, even layer on top of the minced onions.
- Stir together the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, dry mustard, and kosher salt in a small dish. Use a spatula to spread the sauce mixture across the top of the meat, pressing down slightly.
- Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Drain the grease from the glass dish, then top the burgers with slices of cheese (if using). Keep the burgers warm in the oven (turned off) until ready to eat.

I can’t find your recipe for the sauce you put on the burgers in the original video when they were finished (like a condiment)?? It was like a mix of ketchup and mayo and other stuff and it was delicious but I can’t find it anywhere on your site? Help !!

It’s part of the zucchini spears recipe!

Made these for supper tonight and they were delicious! I used 85/15 % ground beef, and only 2 pounds, instead of 2 1/2 pounds, as that’s just what I had. It made plenty! These are not slider sized! They needed a reg sized bun! Lol
The burgers were moist, flavorful and soo easy! Great idea for weeknight meals and when you just don’t feel like frying a bunch of burgers individually, firing up the grill , or in cases of inclement weather. Thanks so much for sharing the recipe- I will be making them again soon.
