Peanut Butter & Banana Ice Cream

This homemade peanut butter and banana ice cream is an easy-to-make summer treat and soooo good! Top it with chopped peanuts, chocolate, or crumbled cookies for even more fun and deliciousness! 



  • 1 1/2 C heavy cream
  • 1/2 C whole milk
  • 1/2 C peanut butter
  • 1/4 C maple syrup
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • pinch kosher salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a quart-size mason jar. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  2. Pour the cold ice cream mix into the frozen canister of your ice cream maker. Churn for 20-25 minutes until thick and creamy.
  3. Serve, (optional) with chopped nuts, chocolate, or other toppings.
