Greek salads are my husband’s favorite, so a few years ago I decided to make my own version of homemade Greek dressing so that we could have Greek salads whenever we wanted without needing to rely on bottles from the store.
The dressing can be mixed together in less than five minutes, and keeps well sitting on the counter.
Homemade Greek Dressing
We love our Greek salads simple with feta cheese, kalamata olives, sliced cucumber, and tomatoes. This dressing also makes a great marinade for grilled chicken too!
