Happy Monday friends!
I hope your week is off to a good start as you begin making Thanksgiving plans and preparations.
I have a really light cooking load this year, as I am only in charge of pies and bread. We will have a small family gathering on Thanksgiving– no traveling required.
Sometime in the afternoon, we’ll head over to my husband’s parents house, sure to be greeted by an army of intoxicating aromas.
Maple pecan pie, pumpkin pie, fresh rolls, and the ingredients to make a batch of holiday punch will be my holiday offering.
I hope that your holiday is both delicious and full of love this week. Even if our bread doesn’t rise, or the toddler spills the cranberry sauce, or all the cheesecakes crack— let’s all focus on just how rich and blessed we are and give thanks for the good gifts we have been given.
Happy Thanksgiving!

This sounds yummy and so festive!
Bet this punch would fill the air! Plain as it may sound, I’m looking forward to the turkey! Nothing beats a leftover turkey sandwich.
