Easy Summer Marinade for Chicken, Pork, & Veggies!

You can whip up this easy summer marinade in less than ten minutes. It’s perfect for chicken, pork, and veggies! 



  • 1 C pineapple juice
  • 1/2 C low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 C maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground garlic


  1. Blend all the ingredients together. (If using fresh pineapple, first puree the pineapple in a blender or food processor before adding the remaining ingredients).
  2. Pour the marinade over chicken breasts or pork chops set in a glass dish, cover the dish and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
  3. Remove the meat and discard the marinade. Grill the marinated meat and enjoy!


Makes enough for 6 chicken breasts or pork chops.
