This is a huge list of family gift ideas for all ages– kids, tweens, mom, & dad! There’s something to wear, want, need, and read for each group!

Even though I don’t particularly enjoy shopping in stores, I LOVE putting together family gift guides every year and selecting gifts for everyone. I take my time, read lots of reviews, really consider what is worth both the financial cost and the cost of storage space once the item is at home.
This year, in addition to my annual whole family gift guide, I’m also adding a few more gift guides to my collection— Tween Gifts, Coffee & Tea Lover Gifts, & Gifts for the Home Chef.
When I put together the whole family gift guide, I consider things we have really loved this year and can whole-heartedly recommend, as well as items that will be under our tree this year that I’m super excited about. The list is organized by “what to wear, what to read, what to want, and what to need”, first for kids, then for mom, then for dad.
There are thus a LOT of ideas in this list in total, but also a lot of variety.
This year I also included ideas for subscription and experience gifts that we will be giving our kids (and even my husband). Because the experience/lessons/subscriptions relate to each of their interests, there is also some overlap in the books and other gifts. My goal in selecting Christmas gifts is always to have something fun (immediate gratification) on Christmas and right after, but also to look forward to the future and consider what will be a “gift that keeps on giving”.
As always, if you find my guides useful, share them with a friend! And, if you find some new favorite small shops and makers, be sure to follow them and share their work too. Liking/commenting/sharing is a really effective (and free) way to show support!
(Check out my other gift guides on the holiday gift guides page. You will find gifts organized more by category there).

What an amazing guide! Thank you for all the hard work you put into creating it! I’ve never heard of Wildflower magazine, but I think my girls would like it. It’s pricey, but I might just go for it. Thanks again!
