October is here!

Which means that we are busy checking out books on why leaves change colors, thinking of what to make for Nana for her birthday, and planning for camping trips and trips to the pumpkin patch.

October is also the month many bloggers take on the “write 31 days” challenge.  This is my second year participating in the challenge to write on a topic for 31 days straight. Last October was all about sharing tutorials, recipes, and more to enjoy a handmade Christmas.

This October is all about “kids in the kitchen”, because getting kids involved in the kitchen is one of my biggest passions. But there’s so much more to it than making cookies and cracking eggs!

During the next thirty days, I hope to cast a vision for creating homes which instill habits of health and hospitality in our kids– and in ourselves!

Bring kids into the kitchen is so much more than baking cookies! It's learning, relationship building, and a great way to create habits of health and hospitality in your kids!

No matter whether you are a pro at inviting your kids to join you in the kitchen, or if the idea makes you cringe and run in the other direction, this series is for you. You can start wherever you are– picking up new helpful tips, finding inspiration to try again, or tucking away ideas for future days.

I am so excited to share with you on this topic this month!  Be sure to subscribe (at the top or bottom of the page) so you don’t miss a post– they will be delivered to your inbox each day for you to read when you’re ready.

This page is where you will be able to find all of the Kids in the Kitchen posts, and don’t forget to check out some of the other series!
