Fifteen gluten-free Instant Pot desserts– all real ingredients and really delicious!

I am unapologetically a lover of desserts. Truly, once my kids’ bedtime arrives and the house is mostly quiet (also known as the happy hour I can eat without sharing), I am ready for a dessert of some kind.
Part of it is just that I am inevitably hungry an hour or two after dinner. Probably because half the dinnertime was spent trying to get kids to eat/stay in their seat/stop spilling drinks. And part of it is because I have a sweet tooth– something that arrived during pregnancy and decided to stick around. Kind of like the twenty pounds I need to lose. Related? Possibly.
As with so many other things, the Instant Pot makes MANY desserts much easier and faster to whip up. This is surely a blessing and a curse.
Just kidding. Dessert is only ever a blessing.
My family does not have any dietary restrictions and we are definitely not gluten-free all the time. But, we have many friends who are, and I also find that often one of the advantages of gluten-free baking is the introduction of more nutrient-dense ingredients in our desserts. So, many of the desserts I bake are made gluten-free.
In honor of my love for desserts and my desire to at least try to keep things mostly healthy around here, I have put together a list of fifteen gluten-free Instant Pot desserts. Most of them are also naturally sweetened, and all of them use real (unprocessed) ingredients.
AND today is also the day I am kicking off a month of giveaways! February is “SHARE THE LOVE” month on This Pilgrim Life. Each week I will be giving away a favorite item(s).
I AM SO EXCITED BECAUSE I LOVE GIVING THINGS AWAY!!!
Yes, I’m shouting.
I am keeping each giveaway a secret until I announce it each week. (Pssst…Be on the lookout for new giveaways each Thursday).
You can enter to win this week’s giveaway at the bottom of the post. I am giving away some of my most used and most asked about kitchen tools. They are perfect to use for baking up these gluten-free desserts in your Instant Pot!
Gluten-Free Instant Pot Desserts — Healthy & Delicious!
Necessary Equipment ::
- Instant Pot or similiar electric pressure cooker. I have the 6qt DUO and 6qt ULTRA. I love them both, but the ULTRA just a little bit more.
- Ramekins. Desserts like creme brûlée and apple crisp are prepared in individual servings in ramekins. I like the 4oz ramekins for creme brûlée because I can fit six ramekins in my 6qt Instant Pot, but you can also find them in 6oz and 8oz sizes too.
- Cake pan. There are a lot of different options here for what you can use in your Instant Pot to make cakes and brownies and such. I use my 7″ springform pan for most desserts. It’s really easy to use and very versatile!

Love the contest! Fun! I’m not really Tech-savvy enough to be able to copy the pin for Pinterest and when I tried to leave a comment about my favorite dessert I wanted to try, I couldn’t figure out how to get the “keyboard” to appear. Maybe because I used my iPhone to enter? Anyway, I just copied and pasted your website address each time. Again — not Tech—savvy but I love your site!
